Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 further submits that respondent No.2 (Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana)/competent authority shall take decision either way, on the pending representation dated 08.04.2024 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3, submits that he does not intend to press the instant writ petition any further, at this stage.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 (Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana)/competent authority to consider and decide representation dated 08.04.2024 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner by way of passing a speaking order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, within a period of four weeks from today.
