Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.155 dated 04.04.2023 registered under Section 20 of the NDPS Act (Section 29 of the NDPS Act added later on), at Police Station Naraingarh, District Ambala. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody for last 51⁄2 months.
