ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 21.07.2022 vide which it was directed that there will a stay of extension in service of respondent No.5 i.e. Atul Shukla, who has retired from the post of Principal.

As per the affidavit of the Principal Secretary, Tourism Department-cum-IHM, it is stated that in compliance of the aforesaid direction, temporary charge was given to Chandan Vashisht of IHM, Panipat and Shweta Kumar of Faridabad, respectively and they have joined the proceedings and therefore, no willful disobedience is made out.

Dismissed.
