The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to implement order dated 02.02.2024 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No. 2. 2.

The petitioner claims that he is in possession of land measuring 10 Kanals 04 marlas. In view of order of partition, he is entitled to physical possession as well as mutation, however, despite orders passed by different authorities and issuance of warrants of possession, the respondents are not making necessary amendments in the revenue record. 3.
