The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 14.07.2025, Annexure P-2, whereby the petitioner's service as Accountant in the Janta College of Pharmacy, Butana, has been terminated.

Undisputedly, the College is private institution getting grant-inaid from the Government, and the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy to challenge the impugned order before the Educational Tribunal concerned.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order before the concerned Tribunal. In case an application for interim stay is filed by her, the same shall be considered and decided by the Tribunal in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
