Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents to expedite the investigation of the case FIR No. 165 dated 26.07.2018, registered under Sections 326, 341, 323, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Batala and to submit final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. and also to arrest the accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner made a representation dated 21.09.2018 (Annexure P2) to respondent No.4-Senior Superintendent of Police, Batala and thereafter, made representation dated 24.01.2019 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.3-Inspector General of Police, Border Range, Amritsar, but still no action has been taken thereon.
