RAMENDRA JAIN, (ORAL) Through this appeal, the appellant-claimant has sought enhancement of compensation, modifying impugned Award dated 18.04.2018 of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Patiala (for short 'the Tribunal').

Heard.

Learned counsel for both the parties are ad idem that the matter has been compromised between the parties, according to which respondent No. 3-Insurance Company would pay `24,750/- more in lump sum over and above the amount of `1,25,250/- awarded by the Tribunal, considering the injuries suffered by the appellant in the accident. In view of the above, respondent No. 3-Insurance Company, RISHU KATARIA 2019.11.14 15:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

FAO-4214-2018 (O&M) -2through its counsel is directed to deposit the aforesaid amount of `24,750/- before the learned Tribunal within one month from today, for onward disbursement to the appellant-claimant, in accordance with law against proper receipt and identification.

Non-deposit of aforesaid amount of compensation within the stipulated period would entail interest @ 15% per annum, with quarterly rests, after one month.
