Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondent No.4. A prayer has also been made to issue directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to do fair and impartial investigation in the complaint/representation dated 25.04.2019 (Annexure P1), in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner made a representation/complaint dated 25.04.2019 (Annexure P1) and also subsequent reminder thereto dated 18.08.2019 (Annexure P2) to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, but still no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.
