The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 16.05.2024 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-11326 of 2024 titled "Shri Bhagwan Vs. State of Haryana and another".

The relevant portion of the order dated 16.05.2025 is reproduced as under:- "However, we find that the extension of age of superannuation is of two years i.e. up to 60 years. Since interim orders have been passed in similar cases, we direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to rejoin on his duties, and he would be allowed to work up to the age of 60 years. Salary shall be paid to him SUMIT SINGH GUSAIN 2025.08.13 19:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
COCP-3693-2025 -2- for the period during which he works. The question relating to the intervening period and salary thereto shall be examined finally."

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the salary for the period during which the petitioner worked has already been released in his favour.

In view of the above, Civil Original Contempt Petition is dismissed. The contempt is purged and rule is discharged. 5.
