***** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J. (Oral) CM No. 6561-CI-2016 Applicants seek condonation of delay of 343 days in filing the appeal.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that, as a matter of fact, this case is squarely covered by the order dated 20.5.2016 passed by this Court in RFA No. 4475 of 2012 (Ram Chander and another Vs. State of Haryana and others), whereby identical appeals filed by the State of Haryana have already been dismissed whereas the appeals filed by the landowners have been allowed.

In view of the above, instant application is allowed for the reasons stated therein. Delay of 343 days in filing the appeal is condoned. CM stands disposed of.
