This order will dispose of a bunch of appeals bearing RFA Nos. 3252 to 3258 of 2015, as common questions of law and facts are involved therein.

Briefly, the facts of the case are that State of Haryana vide notification dated 7.2.2008, issued under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short, 'the Act') sought to acquire land measuring 10.81 acres situated in village Neemka, Tehsil and District Faridabad for development and utilization thereof as residential and commercial for Sectors 76, 77 and 78, Faridabad. The same was followed by notification dated 6.2.2009, issued under Section 6 of the Act. The Land Acquisition Collector (for short, 'the Collector'), vide award dated 22.5.2012, assessed the market value of the acquired land @ ` 42,00,000/- per acre. Aggrieved against the award of the Collector, the land owners filed objections which were referred to the learned court below, who keeping in view the material placed on record by the parties, assessed the compensation for the acquired land @ ` 1052/- per square yard. Accordingly, for the reasons recorded in Rampal's (supra), the present appeals are dismissed. Consequently, the accompanying applications are also dismissed.
