The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents No. 4 and 5 to issue Police Clearance Certificate to her so that passport authority may issue passport.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that petitioner was named in FIR No. 152 dated 15.10.2012, under Sections 451, 323, 324, 148, 149 of IPC registered at Police Station, Dharamkot, District Moga, however, no police report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been filed against her. The petitioner is not involved in any other case. 3.
