This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 820, dated 16th December, 2019, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City, Hansi, District Hisar. 3.

This Court vide order dated 9th December, 2021, granted the interim bail, subject to joining investigation and compliance of the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Bhim Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating. 5.

As no custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required, the interim bail granted on 9th December, 2021, is made absolute. 6.

Disposed of accordingly.
