Learned counsel would contend that the petitioner has applied for the post of HCS 'Executive Branch', under the PwBD (OH) category and secured 304 marks out of 675 in the mains examination and interview. He seeks inter-change from the post of HH category to OH in terms of instructions dated 25.04.2018, Annexure P-6, with regard to which a representation dated 17.06.2024, Annexure P-7 and legal notice dated 11.07.2024, Annexure P-8, have been served upon respondent No.2, however the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, prays that a direction is given to respondent Nos.2 to decide the same in a time bound manner, keeping in view the aforesaid instructions.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 17.06.2024, Annexure P-7 and legal notice dated 11.07.2024, Annexure P-8, within a period of 6 weeks, keeping in view the aforesaid instructions.
