(ORAL ) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short the 'Cr.P.C.'), seeking regular bail in FIR No.54 dated 29.05.2019, under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, registered at Police Station, City Fazikla District Fazilka.

Learned State counsel submits that as per the custody certificate the petitioner has already been released on bail by the learned trial Court as such, the present petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the factum of release of the petitioner on bail by the learned trial Court. In view of above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
