*** MANISHA BATRA, J. (ORAL) [1] Report has been received from the Warrant Officer, as per which, he had reached Vigilance Bhawan, Mohali on the evening of 22.07.2025 and made search in the premises but the detenues were not found there and it was informed by DSP that one of the detenues namely Dalwinder Singh had been called but after recording his statement, he has been sent back and Manjinder Singh, the second detenue, had not been called. Along with this report, original statement of petitioner No.1Harwinder Singh has also been annexed, as per which, both the detenues had reached their home on the night of 22.07.2025. [2] At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition in view of this report, with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as per law.

[3] Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. [4] All pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
