The present petition has been filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. (483 of BNSS, 2023) seeking regular bail in case FIR No.72 dated 09.05/2022 under section 302 and 34 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Sadar Sri Muktsar Sahib Punjab.

Custody certificate dated 02.08.2025 filed in Court today is taken on record.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition at this stage and prays for direction to the trial Court concerned for expeditious conclusion of trial proceedings as the petitioner is not keeping good health.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage. However, the trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously.
