Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Gursher Singh in criminal appeal bearing No. 75/2019 titled as "Gursher Singh v. Bakhshish Singh", pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner was appearing, during the appeal proceedings, before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran and his bail was canclled on 08.08.2019 as he mistook the date, otherwise, there was no reason for his non-appearance before the learned lower Appellate Court and he is ready to appear before the learned Court below and furnish his fresh bail bonds and surety bonds. Criminal Misc. No. M-40339 of 2019 In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions that in case petitioner surrenders before the learned lower Appellate Court within a period of one week from today and moves an application for admitting him to regular bail, the learned Judge shall release him on regular bail on his furnishing fresh bail bonds and surety bonds.
