RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, namely, Mohammed Rizwan and Sartaj Ahmad @ Choni in case FIR No.86 dated 08.08.2019 registered under Sections 324, 323, 452, 506, 34 IPC at Police Station Bhargo Camp, Jalandhar.

On instructions from the Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioners namely, Mohammed Rizwan and Sartaj Ahmad @ Choni have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 20.09.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
