CRWP-8355-2024 The petitioner has approached this Court seeking emergency parole for 8 weeks on medical grounds as his mother is required to be operated upon. As per the petitioner, he had moved an application dated 13.8.2024 (Annexure P-1) to the authorities concerned, but the same has not been decided so far.
