Learned counsel for petitioner, at the outset, restricts the prayer for a direction to respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 28.05.2025 submitted by it in an expeditious and time bound manner, in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the State submits that representation, so received, shall be decided within a period of four (04) weeks in accordance with law by way of speaking order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to petitioner.

In view of statement made by learned counsel for the State as above, we are sanguine that necessary action shall be taken accordingly. Writpetition is disposed of accordingly without expression of any opinion on the merits of the matter.
