Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking quashing of complaint bearing No.COMA/55/2021 dated 12.08.2021 registered under Section 12 read with Sections 17 to 19, 10, 19, 22 and 23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (Annexure P-1).

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been summoned in the complaint filed under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, but inadvertently, the summoning order could not be challenged. He seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one.
