On oral request of learned counsel for the parties, the connected appeal bearing FAO No.4346 of 2018 is also taken on board today itself.

FAO Nos.4345 & 4346 of 2018 Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled the matter out of the Court.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has handed over four cheques bearing Nos.189256, 189253, 189255 and 189254, all dated 03.02.2020, drawn on Standard Chartered Bank, amounting to `1,50,000/-, `8,20,000/-, `85,000/- and `85,000/-, respectively, to learned counsel for the appellants.

Photocopies of the aforesaid cheques are taken on record. In view of the above, the present appeals have been rendered infructuous.
