Learned counsel for the applicant-appellants submits that present case is squarely covered by the order dated 20.5.2016 passed by this Court in RFA No. 4475 of 2012 ( Ram Chander and another Vs. State of Haryana and others).

After hearing learned counsel for the applicants, instant application is allowed for the reasons stated therein. Delay of 291 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
