The State of Haryana and others" decided on 03.09.2014.

Since the matter pertaining to the same acquisition has already been decided by this Court and the amount of compensation has been enhanced to `1,230/- per square yard, therefore, this appeal is also being disposed of in terms of the order dated 03.09.2014 passed by this Court in RFA No.2075 of 2012 titled as "Sohan Lal and another v. The State of Haryana and others".
