Instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and to protect him from any form of arbitrary detention without following the procedure established by law. It is further prayed to direct respondents No.1 and 2 not to take any coercive action against the petitioner. Prayer is also made to issue directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to issue at least a seven days' prior notice before any coercive action is taken against the petitioner and to direct respondents No.1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 24.08.2024, Annexure P-6.
