Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to give promotion to the petitioner from the deemed date, i.e., 28.02.2018, Annexure P-9, along with arrears and all other benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide his/her pending representation, dated 16.05.2022 (Annexure P-6), in a specified period.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, DAG, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending representation, dated 16.05.2022, shall be decided by respondent No.2 expeditiously.
