This petition is for issuing directions to respondents no.2 to 4 to protect petitioner's life and liberty as she apprehends threat, and to conduct fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No. 259 dated 9.6.2022 under Sections 323, 354-B, 506 and 376-B IPC, registered at Police Station Tauru, District Nuh.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from L/SI Vinita, states that the case has been thoroughly investigated. The representation dated 30.9.2022 and other representations submitted by the petitioner have also been inquired into. No substance was found in the same. Based on that, a cancellation report, duly approved by the Superintendent of Police, has been presented in the Court on 22.3.2023.

In view of the statement made, no direction in the matter needs to be issued.
