*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) It is submitted that the petitioners had filed an application for correction of Khasra Girdawri. Private respondent No.4 filed a suit for injunction in which ad interim injunction had been granted. Based thereupon, the Naib Tehsildar concerned has stopped proceedings of correction in the Khasra Girdawri. A representation Annexure P-5 has been submitted before respondent No.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate requesting him to direct the concerned revenue official to continue with the proceedings of correction of Khasra Girdawri. Learned counsel prays that a direction be issued to respondent No.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate to pass appropriate orders.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 only. Ms. Anu Pal, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 and waives service.

Considering the nature of order being passed, no reply is necessary to be filed.
