HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Instant writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to decide representation (P.11) sent on 30.09.2021 to respondent No.3.

Mr. Aman Bahri, learned State counsel has placed on record an order dated 23.11.2022 passed by the Secretary-cum-E.O, Market Committee, Pillukhera whereby said representation of the petitioner has been decided. In the wake of subsequent development in the matter, learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of appropriate remedies, as per law including the one to file an appeal against order dated 23.11.2022.
