*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of petitioner as she apprehends threat at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 13.

On being questioned qua the locus of next friend-sister-in-law (Bhabhi) of petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to re-file the same but with better particulars.
