The instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for seeking directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to not to harass the petitioners at the instance of respondent No.5, by calling them to police station time & again without any reasonable cause, as the daughter of respondent No.5 and son of petitioner No.1 had already taken mutual divorce in Canada, vide order dated 29.12.2024. 2.
