**** JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for refund of ` 2,30,000/- (Two Lac Thirty Thousand only) deposited on 30.03.2017 for renewal of Bar and Restaurant License for the Financial Year 2017-18, on account of business having remain closed with effect from 01.04.2017 in view of bar of operating same within 500 meters of GT Road.

Upon notice, learned State counsel submits that the aforesaid claimed amount of refund has since been sanctioned, deposited in the Treasury on 16.12.2019, and very soon, would be credited in the account of petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission of State Counsel, counsel for the petitioner concedes that nothing more survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and the same has become infructuous. Disposed of as infructuous.

C.W.P. No. 26881 of 2019 (O&M) -2In case the aforesaid amount is not credited, the petitioner would be at liberty to seek revival of the present writ petition by moving an appropriate application.
