Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed if respondents No. 1 and 2 are directed to decide his representations dated 02.08.2019 (Annexure P-10) and dated 30.08.2023 (Annexure P-11). 3.
