&# This is a petition under Section 528 of BNSS of 2023 for the issuance of appropriate direction to the official respondents to decide the representation dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P,5) and conduct fair investigation by adding relevant sections in FIR No. 43, dated 05.04.2025, u/s 318 (4) of BNS 2023, P.S. Civil Lines, Police Commissionerate Amritsar, which was registered just after filing the CRM,M,18821 of 2025 (Annenxure P,1) by the petitioner in this Hon'ble Court which was decided on the same day vide order 05.04.2025 (Annexure P,2) in which Dr. Vareesh Kumar, Vardaan Hospital (IVF), 40,А, Kennedy Avenue, Amritsar has defrauded the petitioner and his wife by extracting Rs.11.00 lacs on the name of conceiving a child. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2,the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar to decide the representation dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P,4) within a time bound manner.

Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.2, the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P,4) by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within seven days thereafter.

Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. "!
