**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner, 34 in number, are the employees of various Universities i.e. Kurukshetra University, Maharishi Dayanand University, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Chaudhary Bansi Lal University as well as various colleges.

Pith and substance of the argument of Mr. Goyat, counsel for the petitioners is that from time to time, the Government had been coming out with the circular, directing the Institutions to impart the Economics from Faculty having the Degree of Commerce, which was challenged in various writ petitions and the operation has been stayed. However, vide letter dated 09.10.2018 (Annexure P-8), Director, Higher Education, Haryana, Panchkula, has withdrawn the circular. Many other Universities are coming out with the same very circular and advance notice of contempt petition dated (Annexure P-12) was served upon all the Universities. However, on

YOGESH SHARMA 2019.09.27 18:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-27225-2019 (O&M) going through the paper book, Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, has already withdrawn the circular, though in the circular, the provision of imparting the education for a teacher of Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, was kept open. The writ petition is bereft of the particulars that which of the petitioner is the employee of the University and affected against the action of the respondents. On account of non-disclosure of particulars, this Court is not able to decipher the cause of action, reflected in the writ petition.

Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars on the same cause of action.

Ordered accordingly.
