Learned counsel for petitioner submits that learned District Consumer Commission, Faridabad, has allowed the complaint filed by petitioner and directed respondent no.2 to deposit the entire amount in question with respondent no.1. In view thereof, petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge proceedings under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, if necessary and if so advised. 2.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned. Pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of accordingly.
