(ORAL) Present appeal has been filed by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation of Rs.17,50,600/- awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kapurthala (hereinafter referred to as 'the Tribunal') vide Award dated 27.01.2017 passed in MACT Case No. 09 dated 18.02.2015 filed under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. Permitted to do so.
