Present petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 71 dated 29.04.2023 registered under Sections 148, 323, 324, 506 IPC read with Section 149 of IPC (Sections 325, 326 of IPC added later on), at Police Station, Division No.6, District Ludhiana. (2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since petitioner has been arrested in some other case, therefore, present petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
