**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of directions/orders to the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Sonipat to decide the pending case No.SC/115/2020 in a time bound manner in the FIR No.122 dated 05.07.2020 under Sections 302, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 120-B IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Mohana, District Sonipat.

Notice of motion.

Learned State counsel having served with an advance copy upon instructions from ASI Sandeep submits that out of total 18 prosecution witnesses, 14 prosecution witnesses stands examined and only 04 remained to be examined which he undertakes to depose without any further delay. In the light of above, nothing survives in the instant petition necessitating a direction to the trial Court to expedite the same. Otherwise trial is almost at its fag end.
