**** SANJAY VASHISTH, J. (Oral) This petition is for seeking writ of Mandamus, directing respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the lives and personal liberty of the petitioners from the hands of private respondents No.4 to 8, and also direct them not to interfere in the personal lives and liberty of the petitioners. As per office report, notices issued to respondents No.4 to 8 were received back unserved with the report that they have left their given addresses. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Rakesh Kumar, submits that already statements of private respondents i.e. respondents No.4 to 8, have been recorded by the police, and in all those statements, respective respondents have expressed their no objection to the relations of the petitioners. Learned State counsel further states that in view of the stand of the private respondents, present petition can be disposed of even today. Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
