(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for directing respondents to adjust the petitioner under outsource policy Part-II instead of Part I and also not to substitute the petitioner with another set of contractual employees. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Director General Higher Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the writ petition of petitioner as representation and decide the same within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Director General Higher Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the writ petition of petitioner as representation and decide the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by passing a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
