(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in criminal case having FIR No.55 dated 20.07.2022 registered under Sections 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 (Section 326 added later on) IPC at Police Station Chamkaur Sahib District Rupnagar.

The State counsel on instructions from ASI Naresh Kumar has apprised this Court that petitioner has joined investigation with the police and that recovery has been effected and now petitioner is not required by the police for any further investigation or custodial interrogation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 14.10.2022 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
