SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 of BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.35 dated 18.03.2025 under Sections 298 of BNS, 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 & 3,4 of The Punjab Prohibition of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 registered at P.S. Nathana, District Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. Prayer is accepted.
