***** RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J. (ORAL) This appeal has arisen from the judgment and decree dated 15.10.2016 passed by the trial Court by which a petition filed by the appellant-wife under Section 13-1 (ia) and (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 ('Act' for short) has been dismissed.
Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that both the parties have filed a petition under Section 13-B of the Act which has been decreed and divorce has been granted to them. In view thereof, the present appeal, preferred against the judgment and decree by which the petition for divorce was dismissed, has become infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous.
