The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 07.08.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by the District Judge, Faridkot whereby an application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 CPC filed by the plaintiff-petitioners before the Trial Court in CS/294/2020, was dismissed. 2.

As per the E-Courts Official Website of the District Courts, Faridkot, during the interregnum, the main civil suit being CS/294/2020 itself stands dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 18.07.2025 hence the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
