Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that claim of petitioners was at par with claim of Ramesh. This Court vide order dated 31.07.2025 has disposed of CWP No. 14545 of 2022 titled as 'Ramesh and others vs, State of Haryana and others'. The respondent may be directed to consider petitioners' claim like Ramesh and others. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that each case is an independent case, nevertheless, petitioners' claim would be reconsidered and appropriate communication would be made.
