ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of Kalandra bearing DDR No.NIL dated 10.08.2022 registered under Sections 107/151 Cr.P.C., at Police Station Kalanwali, District Sirsa. Counsel for the State submits that the kalandra was registered in order to prevent any untoward incident between the parties and both the parties were directed to maintain good conduct for a period of 01 year under Section 116(3) Cr.P.C. He further submits that no prejudice is caused to the petitioner as they have been only asked to furnish bonds for maintaining law and order.
