(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having GD No.21 dated 1.5.2022 registered under Sections 307, 324, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25/27 of Arms Act at Police Station Majitha District Amritsar (Rural) arising out of FIR No.59 dated 29.4.2022 registered under Sections 307, 506, 34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act at Police Station Majitha District Amritsar (Rural).

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case involves version and cross-version. That as per version, the opposite party caused GAURAV SOROT 2023.01.24 11:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order, judgment and documents.

( 2 ) CRM-M-46998-2022 injuries to petitioner and his sons namely Karandeep Singh and Vipandeep Singh and that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the cross-version as per which he caused simple injury on the right arm of Daljit Singh. The counsel for the petitioner further submits that by virtue of previous order of interim bail passed by this Court the petitioner has join investigation with the police.

State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagdeep Singh has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by counsel for the petitioner and further submits that simple injury caused with sharp edged weapon is attributed to the petitioner on the right arm of Daljit Singh. The State counsel further submits that the case involves version as well as crossversion and that recovery of weapon of crime is already effected and the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 14.11.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
