Prayer made in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR bearing No.316, dated 09.10.2007, registered under Sections 324, 323 and 34 IPC, at Police Station Nakodar, District Jalandhar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the FIR after investigation, cancellation report was presented on 12.01.2024 and a statement has also been given by the complainant and victim that they do not want to pursue the matter any further, however, the concerned Court is not passing any order thereon and the case is now fixed for 05.12.2025. He on instructions submits that the petitioner shall make a request for disposal of the same on the said date. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions states that they would not seek an adjournment.
